Which famous brands have you developed models for?
The list of companies for which we have developed models is huge, but we do not make any distinction or statistics about the popularity of our clients. Because we approach the development of the construction of the client’s desired model with the same seriousness and we do not care how well-known or unknown the company or brand is.
How do I order a tailoring pattern from a photo or my own design?
Send us a photo or sketch of the model by e-mail. In the absence of a physical sample, the photo or sketch must be accompanied by a table with the garment’s measurement data. The photo or sketch must show very clearly in an unambiguous way all the details of the model, seams, cuts, etc. features of the model, as well as the silhouette must be clearly expressed.
The table with the garment’s measurement data is necessary because in the absence of this data for the model, we will have to develop a basic prototype cut according to our view of the garment’s measurement data from the photo. After which the garment must be sewn and you can make your comments and recommendations for specifying the model to maximally approximate your idea of the model’s design.
This process of specifying the dimensions, silhouette and overall vision of the model requires a long time and must be foreseen in the time for developing the model. Due to the duration, the development of the model becomes two to three times more expensive and for this reason it is almost not practiced.
Our recommendation is when you want to make a model from a photo. Initially, the model should be sketched and all details, seams, etc. characteristic features of the model should be clearly indicated on the sketch. Make a table with the measurements of the garment by taking the values from another similar model in silhouette and size.
Sample table with measurement data.
Thus prepared and provided for construction, the model significantly reduces the time for developing a basic pattern.
After reviewing the model, we will return a response as an offer with a price and production time.
Upon approval of the offer for the model. Send us what you have as information about the model or the sewn model if you have a physical sample by courier. We will develop the pattern in a basic size and send it to you for stitching a prototype sample from you or your manufacturer.
Why don't you sew the basic pattern?
We work on many types of clothing and for many companies, and each production line is equipped with precisely specialized machines that we cannot maintain in stock. Therefore, we provide the sewing patterns from the manufacturers themselves, in this way the manufacturer himself becomes familiar with the model and if there are any requirements regarding the peculiarities of his machine park or the way of working, we take them into account and reflect them in the cut or lining of the covers for cutting the model, which improves the smooth and fast sewing of the model.
What is the process of making the pattern?
We design the model with a specialized CAD system for garments with the greatest accuracy, but nevertheless we check the cut by cutting and sewing it from fabric and making a first prototype model and so the cut is even more perfect. This model is the first prototype and we do not provide it to the client in this form. We can make a second prototype model by providing us with the original fabric from which the model will be produced. This second prototype model is not yet a sample to be provided for approval. The approval sample must be made with specialized machines from the manufacturer who will sew the order.
If the cut needs to be adjusted, is there an additional charge?
Corrections that do not change the model are included in the service and are not charged additionally.
What is the lead time for making a model and how are they delivered?
The time for making a model is from 1 to 4 working days depending on its complexity and the workload of our team. If the manufacturer has a CAD system, the patterns are sent in electronic form to the system that the manufacturer has. In the absence of a system, the patterns are provided on thermal transfer paper.
Can cardboard cutout models be made in electronics?
All paper or cardboard patterns you have can be stored in electronic form forever. This way, you will no longer need space to store them. They will be stored in their original form and will not need to be damaged and periodically restored due to repeated use, as is the case with cardboard patterns. Once stored, they remain in this form forever. In electronic form, your old models are easily and quickly modeled and transformed into new models.
Why should I use the service of arranging cut-to-size covers?
The use of a CAD system in the production of clothing is necessary primarily because the price of finished clothing depends on the price and cost of the fabrics used in them. Using the service of lining up covers for cutting with a CAD system saves many meters of fabric and gives a very accurate accounting of the materials used. The price for using the service is far less than the savings made in fabric. And thus, using the service practically turns into fabric. The savings in fabric lead to a significantly lower cost of clothing and a larger number of garments produced.
My company has a CAD/CAM system for garments but I can't find a qualified designer to work with. How can your services help me?
Our services can be delivered instantly over the internet via e-mail, skype, etc. Using SYSTEX services, your CAD system operator does not need to be a modeler-designer, it is enough to have basic computer knowledge so that the files sent by us can be run on your CAD system. If necessary, we can manage your system remotely and without an operator or help your operator work with the system.
If I purchase just a plotter without the entire CAD system, will I be able to use your services?
Yes, you can buy just a plotter and have the cutting covers drawn up by you. We will prepare the files for your plotter and send them to you via the Internet.
Our advice is that before you buy a plotter, you should consider whether this investment in purchasing a plotter will reduce costs or increase them.
What is needed for the proper use of a plotter. – A suitable air-conditioned room, an operator who will not leave the plotter unattended, plotter consumables, pens or ink cartridges, plotter paper, a subscription to a specialized company specifically for your plotter for technical support in case of damage. You must be ready to immediately purchase parts when they are needed for replacement in case of damage. Plotter parts are in most cases delivered from abroad, which takes time. It is very important to thoroughly study the conditions for technical maintenance and the deadlines for repairing the damage, because stopping the plotter for a long time leads to a stoppage of work feeding to the cutting section and blocking the entire production.
How are the services paid for?
Services can be paid for in any of the following ways: By bank transfer. On site at the company’s office. Electronically via ePay.
Do you issue an invoice?
They issue tax invoices. The company is registered for VAT.
When are services paid for?
When assigning a model for the production of a basic cut, 40% of the value of the offer is paid.
Payment is made after the time required for the performance of the services when an invoice for payment will be sent to you. The company’s policy is that the services performed are handed over to the client who ordered the service after payment.
Why is it more profitable to use external services than to have my own CAD system?
When purchasing your own system, you should consider the costs of a system and the volume of work you have. Is it more profitable for you to pay for services only when you have real orders and when you need them?
By using services, you do not pay
Initial investment € 10,000 to € 30,000 depending on the system.
Monthly salary of an operator working with the system.
Training of the operator to work with the system from 250 to 500 BGN per day
Consumables for the system pens, inks or toner cartridges depending on the plotter model from 20 to 160 BGN
Paper for the plotter, where you pay the fee in case of an error.
A suitable air-conditioned room is necessary for the proper operation of the system.
Because production is highly dependent on the performance of the system, you must have a monthly subscription with a technical maintenance service to quickly fix a failure that would lead to staff downtime and delays in deadlines.
We are from another country, how can we work with you?
With today’s technology, we are in constant contact with our customers via email, phone, Fax, Skype and TeamViewer. We are located in the European Community and sending and receiving physical samples to any point in Europe is possible within a few days.
If you produce your garments in Bulgaria and want your models to arrive as quickly as possible to the manufacturer in Bulgaria, you can send them to us by electrode mail and we will draw or grade them in size as well as prepare them in cutting markers with our CAD/CAM system and deliver them to any point in Bulgaria.
